Is the Lite version really free forever?
Yes. Lite is a permanently free tier — no trial period, no credit card required. It shows the top 5 results per diagnostic module across all nine categories.
I entered my license key but Pro features aren't unlocking. What should I do?
First, double-check the key was copied correctly with no leading or trailing spaces. If it still doesn't activate, check that the key belongs to WP Health Inspector (not another Lemon Squeezy product). If the key shows "activation limit reached," deactivate it from another site in your Lemon Squeezy account first. Still stuck? Email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Is WP Health Inspector safe to run on a live production site?
Yes — 100% read-only. It never modifies your database, runs cleanup routines, or touches user data. Every diagnostic is passive observation only. There is no frontend footprint; the plugin only loads assets inside your WordPress admin.
Can I use my license on multiple sites?
It depends on your plan. Solo covers 1–3 sites, Growth covers up to 25 sites, and Agency covers unlimited sites. Each active WordPress installation counts as one site. Multisite networks count as a single site per network.
I'm an agency — do you offer volume discounts or white-label options?
The Agency plan already covers unlimited sites, which is our best value for agencies. We don't currently offer white-labelling, but drop us a message with your specific use case — we'd be happy to discuss what works for you.
